INTs
An Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) is a collaborative approach to delivering healthcare and social services within a local community.
It brings together professionals from different sectors such as general practitioners, hospital trusts, social workers, mental health specialists, and voluntary organisations to provide coordinated, person-centred care. The aim of INTs is to improve health outcomes by ensuring that individuals receive seamless support tailored to their needs, reducing hospital admissions and enhancing overall wellbeing. By working closely with local residents and prioritising preventative care, these teams help create healthier, more connected communities.
