NHS health checks are available to all patients aged 40-74 who do not have any pre-existing conditions. Patients are routinely called into their own GP practice on a 5-year cycle to ensure they are continuously reviewed.

The Anticoagulant Therapy Management Service is designed to deliver anticoagulant therapy management for patients aged 16 and over.
